Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order as soon as possible after placing it. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been confirmed for dispatch, handed to the courier, or otherwise processed beyond the cancellation stage.

2. Cancellation by Nandu Organics

We may cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, incorrect pricing or listing information affects the order, delivery to the provided location is not possible, or another valid operational or legal reason requires cancellation.

3. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the amount eligible for refund will be reviewed based on the order circumstances, payment status, products involved, and applicable policy. Approved refunds will be processed through the appropriate payment method or another mutually accepted method, subject to processing timelines.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

For damaged, incorrect, or missing products, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide your order details and clear photographs where applicable. We may request additional information to review the issue.

5. Returns of Food and Natural Products

Because many Nandu Organics products are food or natural consumable products, returns may be restricted for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons. Any approved return or replacement will be handled based on the specific circumstances and applicable requirements.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available for issues arising from incorrect delivery information, customer preference after successful delivery, misuse, improper storage after receipt, or circumstances outside the conditions covered by this policy.

Once a refund is approved, the actual time for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank, or other financial institution involved.
